ANALYTICAL STUDY OF THE UNLOADING PROCESS OF ELEVATOR BUCKETS

The purpose of the article is to analyze main results works that are used in calculations elevators with moderate speed modes, clarify suitability their individual positions for developing parameters centrifugal unloading high-speed elevators. Works devoted study operation elevators, which have not received a decent interpretation and development, considerable interest. As efficiency determined by quality belt-drum mechanism without slipping, there need work aimed at solving this problem. paper presents known solutions determining unloading, based on various hypotheses movement material particles inside bucket. physical mechanical phenomena affect elevator bucket studied. advantages disadvantages each hypothesis revealed. theoretical process complicated fact during exit from bucket, an unstable bulk under influence changing system forces: forces attraction, coriolis forces, friction force. Meanwhile, even simplest cases motion gravitational or mixed discharge regime difficult theoretically. In regard, dependencies methods constructing trajectories established, as well relevance using particular equation.
